Who We Are
Gulf Coast Utility Contractors has spent more than two decades building the ground beneath the Florida Panhandle.
We started with water, sewer, and storm drainage. As the work grew, so did we. Today we manage complete site development, from clearing and earthwork to underground utilities and roadways, taking a project from raw land to build-ready.
We work alongside owners and engineers from day one, catching the hard problems before they turn into expensive ones. Early collaboration means smarter decisions, stronger builds, and projects that come in clean.
We are still a family business on the same stretch of coastline where we started, now with a larger fleet, a stronger team, and the same pride in every project we take on.
Mike & Tammi Swearington
Mike and Tammi Swearington founded the company and have led it together ever since, each bringing a different strength to the table. Together they have grown a two-person start into one of the Panhandle’s most capable site development contractors, without ever handing off the standard that got them there.
