Bridge Plaza Apartments is a multi-family apartment development located along Highway 98 in Panama City Beach, Florida.
GCUC served as the site contractor, performing the civil and site-development work required to prepare the property for vertical construction. The scope ran from site preparation and grading through building-pad readiness, with new water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure, roadway and parking construction, and concrete site improvements.
