What We Self-Perform
The crews on a GCUC project are our crews. The equipment is our equipment. The supervision is ours from the first day of clearing through the final walkthrough. That degree of control is what allows us to hold a schedule when weather, soil conditions or plan revisions put pressure on it.
Owned Fleet
Excavators, dozers, motor graders, articulated trucks, rollers and trench boxes maintained in our own shop. Production is never limited by rental availability.
Licensed Utility Crews
Dedicated water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage crews experienced in deep excavation, dewatering and tie-ins to live municipal systems.
In-House Survey & Layout
GPS machine control and field layout hold grades, inverts and slopes to plan on the first pass, which is where sitework budgets are most often won or lost.
Single-Source Accountability
One contract covers clearing, earthwork, utilities, roadway and paving. When a problem surfaces in the field, the crew that can correct it already works for us.

Raw or previously developed acreage turned into a workable pad. Our clearing crews handle wooded parcels, demolition of existing pavement and structures, and the erosion control that keeps a permit in good standing from day one.

Mass excavation, structural fill and finish grading built around a balanced cut and fill plan. We supply and haul fill dirt throughout Bay County and the surrounding region, and we build the ponds and swales the drainage design depends on.
