About the Project
Dwell DeFuniak is a new multi-family development at Bo Pete Manor Road and South Davis Lane in DeFuniak Springs. City project updates identify the development as a 72-unit affordable housing community, adding new multi-family housing within the city and requiring a complete civil infrastructure package to support it.
GCUC is providing the full site package for the development, performing the civil and site-construction work required to prepare the property for vertical construction and support the completed community. Our scope runs through building-pad readiness and the supporting site infrastructure. Vertical building construction is by others.

Site Preparation
- Site clearing, preparation, earthwork, grading, and building-pad preparation
- Erosion control, final grading, restoration, and supporting site improvements

- Sanitary sewer infrastructure
- Stormwater collection, conveyance, and drainage improvements
Paving and Concrete
- Roadway, site-access, drive-aisle, and parking-area construction
- Base construction and asphalt paving
- Concrete curb, sidewalks, and associated site concrete
