About the Project
Avery Place is a new 112-unit family apartment community under development on the former Baptist Hospital campus in Pensacola. Developed by Paces Soho Group, the project will provide one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments for households across a range of qualifying income levels, and represents an early phase of the redevelopment of the former hospital property.
GCUC is providing the full site package for the development, performing the civil and site-construction work required to prepare the property for vertical construction and support the completed community. Our scope runs through building-pad readiness and the supporting site infrastructure. Vertical building construction is by others.
The planned community will include modern, family-oriented apartments with energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, serving households within approximately 30 to 80 percent of Area Median Income and expanding the supply of attainable housing in Pensacola.
